Introduction

El Maná has many years of history. In November 2011, Ruth Marrero realized her dream to reopen it becoming the most important restaurant  offering creative, organic and vegetarian cuisine in Tenerife.

But now El Maná is involved in many changes. El Maná restaurant is closed since July 2017 because we’re working on our next project: a cooking school in La Laguna, “El Maná Gastroescuela”. It will be a place to learn practical cooking techniques and delicious recipes.

You can get in touch with us by email, phone or Facebook. In our Facebook page @elmanatenerife we’ll post updates on the cooking school’s opening, recipes and courses we’re attending to keep our skills up-to-date.

Thank you for supporting the restaurant over the past six years and we look forward to sharing this next step with you too!
